I am in favor of workers being allowed to set asside part of their payrole taxes into a personal retirement fund and that that percentage will be increased over time to allow total investment into a personal account and to eventually remove government form control to the greatest possible extent. This incremental delay should allow for soon-to-be retired and Social Security recipients to receive their benefits uninterrupted.
